The Six Sigma Green Belts practice the essential tools and techniques of Six Sigma improvement projects under the supervision of Black Belts. They are actually involved in problem solving through analysis and direct support. The course enables the participant to engage knowledgably in improvement projects up to the standard of Six Sigma methodologies. As a Green Belt, a person should be an effective team member in the core of a Six Sigma improvement project and will be continually assisting Black Belts.
